Subpar Room and Breakfast Issue

I found the room quite small and badly ventilated. It was also too warm. Another issue arose with the breakfast. I was told breakfast extended until 11 AM on the weekend. I arrived at 10:30 AM one morning only to find out weekday breakfast ended earlier. The staff didn't offer a solution and seemed indifferent to my problem. This lack of accommodation was frustrating given the initial misinformation.
