i was charmed by the convenient location. the breakfast included fresh bread and offered many options. i also liked the self-check in idea, it was so efficient.

The staff didn't answer my calls to have glasses and mineral water in my room. i had to go to the reception. Nobody was there, this bothered me quite a bit.

i arrived early and could store my luggage in secure lockers. i liked that i could check out later than usual due to a late flight. the buffet breakfast was free in the rooftop restaurant with my reservation.

the online check-in was not working and caused queues at reception. parking was terrible and lacked advice for the recommended parking garage. i got parking fines .

The breakfast was excellent, with many options available. The location is central, near a metro station and a shopping mall. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth (a real time-saver!).

my 'superior king room' felt cramped. there was no closet. the bathroom door opened directly toward the beds. also, i was not able to get fresh air in the room. i could not open the window and i could not control the temperature.

Subpar Room and Breakfast Issue

I found the room quite small and badly ventilated. It was also too warm. Another issue arose with the breakfast. I was told breakfast extended until 11 AM on the weekend. I arrived at 10:30 AM one morning only to find out weekday breakfast ended earlier. The staff didn't offer a solution and seemed indifferent to my problem. This lack of accommodation was frustrating given the initial misinformation.
